Sales Specialist

The Sales specialists improve sales and overall business growth. They have an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required to sell them. 

Responsibilities:

  • Building the sales funnel by generating leads via calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

  • Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

  • Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

  • Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

  • Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc).

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

  • Active involvement in outdoor events.

  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.


Qualifications:

  • Proven 1 year experience as a Sales Specialist

  • Customer management skills

  • Fast Learner and has critical thinking in managing workflow.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.

  • A deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Flexible to relocate
