Responsibilities:
Building the sales funnel by generating leads via calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.
Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Active involvement in outdoor events.
Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Qualifications:
Proven 1 year experience as a Sales Specialist
Customer management skills
Fast Learner and has critical thinking in managing workflow.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English and Arabic preferred.
A deep love for great coffee, food, and exceptional customer experiences.
