Warranty of products

Cancellation and exchange policy
Coffee or food products from a Hjeen store are not subject to return or cancellation if they are ground or shipped. يكون التعويض في حال إرسال طلب مختلف عن طلب العميل عبارة عن كوبون يتم تحديد قيمته حسب سياسة هجين الداخلية، أما في حال وجود نقص في طلب العميل فيكون عبارة عن كوبون أو استرداد المبلغ المتبقي حسب رغبة العميل .
يلزم العميل إرفاق صور في حال تلف المنتج ويتم تحديد التعويض المناسب حسب سياسة هجين .
وجود مشاكل في التحميص من عدمه يتم تحديدها بناء على ملفات التحميص في محمصة هجين .
مدة صلاحية البن وطريقة التخزين المتبعة داخل محمصة هجين تحفظ الجودة إلى 3 أشهر .
يتحمل العميل التأخير في الشحن بسبب إدخال بيانات خاطئة
يحق للعميل إلغاء طلبه بعد اتمام الطلب ب 3 ساعات عن طريق ارسال ايميل ل [email protected] وسيتم الرد على العميل بإلغاء طلبه من عدمه خلال مدة معقولة، علماً أن السياسة الداخلية توصيل الطلب خلال 4 ساعات داخل الرياض
في حال تطبيق عرض ترويجي على السلة ، يتم خصم قيمة العرض عند الاسترجاع وتحديثه عند الاستبدال (عرض الكومبو )

مدة الاسترجاع يومين والاستبدال ٧ أيام من تاريخ الشراء ، مع ضرورة وجود الفاتورة الأصلية.يشمل الاسترجاع والاستبدال جميع الأصناف باستثناء : البن في حال فتحه سواء من العميل أو لطحنه، منتجات الحلا والمخبوزات . عند رغبة العميل الاستبدال او الاسترجاع يجب عليه إحضار أصل الفاتورة ، والمنتج الذي يرغب باستبداله على أن يكون الصنف المسترجع من الأدوات والمعدات والبن بنفس حالته عند الشراء ومغلفا بالغلاف الأصلي يمكن للعميل استبدال المشروبات من نفس النوع وقبل مغادرة الفرع فقط . في حال مغادرة العميل للفرع لا يتم تعويضه بكوب آخر إلا في حال كانت مشكلة في جودة المنتج بعد التحقق من قبل هجين في حال تم تسليم العميل منتج منتهي الصلاحية يتم تعويضه بنفس المنتج .وجود مشاكل في التحميص من عدمه يتم تحديدها بناء على ملفات التحميص في محمصة هجين مدة صلاحية البن وطريقة التخزين المتبعة داخل محمصة هجين تحفظ الجودة إلى 3 أشهر .في حال حدوث تلف في منتجات البن يتم استبداله ويلتزم العميل باعادة المنتج التالف بالكامل في حال وجود مشكلة في الطحن يلتزم العميل بإعادة المنتج كامل مع وجود الستيكر الذي تم إضافته من قبل الباريستا لنوع الطحنةفي حال تطبيق عرض ترويجي على السلة ، يتم خصم قيمة العرض عند الاسترجاع وتحديثه عند الاستبدال (عرض الكومبو )
