Hjeen Store reserves the full right to modify, change or update these terms and conditions at any time and such modifications, changes or updates shall be binding on you automatically at the same time .
These terms and conditions govern all the services of the Hjeen Store which are provided by Hjeen Trading Company. Once you use and/or purchase any of the Hjeen store products, the customer is considered to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions immediately, and in case that some of the services contain additional terms and conditions, they are immediately and by extension binding. The above introduction is also an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
A definition of some terms that may be contained in these terms and conditions, unless the context of the terms and conditions requires otherwise:
Hjeen Store: It is a project wholly owned by the Hjeen Trading Company and it is concerned with the sale of coffee and coffee products and their accessories. It also includes courses or consultations and any of the various commercial and community activities that fall under this name.
Hjeen Store Services: Any service provided by Hjeen Store and bearing its official brand, in any media such as the Internet, newspapers, magazines, mobile phones, exhibitions and any other media.
Affiliate with Hjeen store: It is the process of registering a membership in any of the different services of Hjeen store.
The third party: it is any media, commercial or advertising broker or any company or governmental or private entity that is associated with Hjeen store by contracts to supply or obtain services or make advertising and advertising activities or anything that would contribute to the previously defined Hjeen store services in the same clause .
Hjeen Store does not bear any responsibility, directly or indirectly, for any losses or damages that companies or entities are exposed to because of Hjeen Store. Even with the reporting of such damages and losses, Hjeen store does not have complete control over what its affiliates publish for its various services and does not review all what is published in real time, whether automatically or manually. Hjeen Store is not responsible for delayed orders as a result of failed shipping companies, customs clearance, or any third party reason. Hjeen Store is not responsible for the loss of any of its affiliates' posts, information or content in all its forms, and does not guarantee the retrieval of all or part of it, regardless of the reason for that, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Hjeen Store is not responsible for the delay in providing services, interruption or suspension for any reason. Hjeen Store is not responsible for any products or services that violate local laws and authorities in any country, and the user bears all responsibility and consequences for the type of application and use .
Hjeen stores provide the ability to register for memberships to complete purchases or enjoy various other services. The user of this service acknowledges his full responsibility for maintaining his passwords, and his unique use of his own account without granting access or use of this account to any other person or entity. The user of Hjeen store acknowledges all of its data, and its comprehensiveness in terms of name, postal address, phone number, email address and credit card numbers used in purchases, and The user of the Hjeen store bears any damages resulting from the incorrectness of this data or not updating it once it is changed. Your affiliation with Hjeen automatically entitles you to receive promotional messages through the phone or any of the social networking programs and to receive newsletters from the Hjeen store or one of its partners. These messages are used to identify or alert you with the new products in the store, the availability of certain pieces at discounted prices, or any news or discount offers that we think may be of interest to you. If you see that these emails and newsletters do not suit you, you can unsubscribe from them, and the unsubscribe link will be present in the emails that you receive from Hjeen store or one of its official partners, and you can also contact customer service to cancel the SMS receiving services .
Some of the products in Hjeen store are subject to warranty, and the details of the warranty in terms of replacement, maintenance conditions and terms are evidenced in the purchase invoice. In any case, the product warranty is subject to the refund policy in Hjeen store.
Hjeen stores packages all the products sold through it and sometimes contains plastic or paper materials to ensure the safety of the product from shocks and concussions. Hjeen store provides shipping services for products through third parties, which are shipping companies with a good reputation and excellent service. Or through our store in some special products, and these intermediary companies guarantee, according to their terms of agreement, that the product will be delivered without negligence or damage. It takes two to five working days to ship the products from the moment of confirming the purchase of the product and paying the value of the products or services, and this period does not include the purchase confirmation times during night working periods or official holidays. The delivery period of products is subject to the conditions of geographical distribution, especially remote areas or international ones, which require additional times requested by the third party provider of the shipping service, and are not under the control of Hjeen store.
The user of Hjeen store guarantees that all of his data and the information he provides for any of its various services are true, complete and not false. He also undertakes to use correct and valid credit cards under his legal possession. Hjeen store user also undertakes to compensate for any losses or damages arising from his non-compliance with these terms and conditions or his violation of any of the covenants and guarantees contained in these terms and conditions, and to bear the costs and expenses of direct and indirect lawsuits, regardless of the quality of the services. Hjeen store strives to provide the highest possible quality to users of its multiple services, and also tries to develop these services and increase customer satisfaction rates, or specific dates for obtaining its printed services. It also does not guarantee the continuity of the work of the suppliers all the time, or that they are not exposed to any malfunctions, or that they are not free from security holes or viruses, nor does it guarantee a fixed time for the delivery dates of shipments and goods.
Coffee products from Hjeen store are not refundable or canceled if they have been ground or shipped, and if the shipment is not made, bank fees will be deducted and the amount will be refunded to the customer. As for the coffee tools, you can return them if the box has not been opened for a period of 3 days of return and 7 days of exchange with the right of Hjeen to deduct the bank fees and the value of shipping or any other administrative fees incurred by the Hjeen store for the purposes of the purchase process.
Hjeen Store appreciates the privacy of users of its various media channels, as well as ensuring the confidentiality of all data collected from them, and therefore, Hjeen Store will not hand over any of your data to any third party unless you agree to this, except for those data requested by a third party for the purposes of Marketing, research and studies, or those that are under applicable laws or regulations .Hjeen Store operates according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all use agreements and store policies are subject to these laws.
The return period is 2 days and the replacement is 7 days from the date of purchase, starting from the date of receiving the shipment, with the need to submit the original invoice.
Return and exchange include all items except: coffee if opened, whether by the customer or for grinding, except if grinding error by Hjeen roaster.
The returned item of tools, equipment and coffee must be in the same condition when purchased and in the original packaging.
Compensation in case of sending a different request is a coupon, the value is determined according to the internal Hjeen policy, but in case of sending incomplete order the compensation is a coupon or refund of the remaining amount according to the customer’s desire.
The customer is required to attach photos in case the product is damaged, and the appropriate compensation is determined according to the Hjeen policy.
Roasting problems are determined based on the roasting files in a Hjeen Roaster.
The shelf life of coffee and the storage method used inside Hjeen roaster maintains quality to 3 months.
The customer bears the delay in shipping due to entering wrong data.
The customer has the right to cancel his order 3 hours after the completion of the request by sending an email to [email protected] and the customer will be replied by canceling his request or not within a reasonable period, noting that the internal policy is to deliver the request within 4 hours inside Riyadh .
In case that a promotional offer is applied to the basket, the value of the offer will be deducted upon return and updated upon exchange (combo offer).
The return period is 2 days and the replacement is 7 days from the date of purchase, with the need to submit the original invoice.
Return and exchange include all items except: coffee, if opened, whether by the customer or for grinding, sweets and Pastries .
The returned item of tools, equipment and coffee must be in the same condition when purchased and in the original packaging
The customer can exchange drinks of the same type and only before leaving the branch. In case that the customer leaves the branch, he will not be compensated with another cup unless there is a problem with the quality of the product after verification by Hjeen .
In case the customer is delivered an expired product, he will be compensated with the same product.
Roasting problems are determined based on the roasting files in a Hjeen Roaster.
The shelf life of coffee and the storage method used inside Hjeen roaster maintains quality to 3 months.
In case of coffee products damage, it will be replaced and the customer is obligated to return the damaged product in full .
In case of a grinding problem, the customer is obligated to return the entire product with the sticker that was added by the barista for the type of grind.
In case that a promotional offer is applied to the basket, the value of the offer will be deducted upon return and updated upon exchange (combo offer).
